    I have been working at Dignity Health


    This organization has great benefits that were negotiated by a union. The compensation (salaries) are good. Probably the only higher salaries in the region are with Kaiser Permanante.


    In my 25 yrs in this career field, I have never experienced such a poorly led and secretive employer. I have been with CHW for over 10 yrs and our department has been through 5 different managers. The upper management has provided little communication or guidance for the staff anf the overall there seems to be a constant air of secrecy. Employee morale is low and unfortunately this affects patient care.
