I have been working at Dilbeck Real Estate full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This company wants and helps their employees succeed by providing mentors, advisors, an in- house coach and hands on management.

    Cons

The challenges are within the job itself as a real estate agent in getting sales leads and developing your own business. It takes awhile to get started.

    Advice to Management

Keep up all the help, support, training and technology you provide your sales partners.

I worked at Dilbeck Real Estate (More than a year)

    Pros

Family environment, company offers everything you need to set up as a real estate agent, availability to have walk-in/call-in leads, they are very supportive in any way that you may need help, tech adviser to help you with any computer/smartphone issues, high insurance amount, good commission split, weekly training if you want it.

    Cons

While you pay one fee for everything that is included, that fee does tend to be higher than most places.

    Advice to Management

The family environment is what kept me there and why I will eventually return.

    Pros

Many topnotch agents to work with. Interesting work.

    Cons

Previous management seemed uninterested in supporting office staffl and showed preferential treatment toward friends employed at the company. Individuals doing the same job at varying levels of competence were paid the same salary regardless of performance. Staff morale was very low.

    Advice to Management

    Cannot comment on current management.
