CEO John Spearman, is very professional.
Needs to restructure management - especially Directors, and Managers. Many of them do not buy into the CEO's leadership values. The resistance is strong for those in key positions. There is very little consideration for who is hired for what positions. There are leaders (especially managers and directors) "trying to learn as they go along" but fall short....therefore the bar remains low - maintaining yesterday's norm. And I'm talking about the lack of basic functional skills. It's sad.
Advice to Management
Might be too late...but stop extending the employment of your management barriers. There is an environment of "slick" talk - it sounds good.....but for God's sake look at the results. Like my mother says "all talk and no action"..... There is a culture where people "talk themselves out of trouble" ..... look at results..... please.
