Pros
Good pay, take on entry-level staff, decent work-life balance, enjoy the work I do
Cons
Drama, no communication, no training, negative people, have to use vacation days to take a sick day, no recognition for hard work, people who do work hard have to pick up the slack for people who don't

Pros
The pay is decent and the environment is welcoming depending on the department you are in. Large firm with lots of resources. Managing Partner is super friendly.
Cons
limited work life balance, paying over $200 a month for parking, some attorneys think they are gods gift to earth and treat staff like scum.

Pros
Nice people Nice location Pay is decent
Cons
Very little training (was told they would train) Chain of command isn’t clear
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Good work/life balance. Good pay. The actual work is great.
Cons
Leadership has next to no communication with department on anything that's going on. You can give tons of suggestions and none of it will be taken into consideration. Office politics is horrible. No comradery. Everyone keeps to themselves (even pre-Covid times). High turnover rate!

Pros
Nice Office Decent pay and perks
Cons
Cliques in the administrative areas Backstabbing
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
The pay was pretty good
Cons
No room for advancement of role
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
- Pay is decent - Mostly everyone is friendly - work can be challenging - potential for overtime - schedule flexibility
Cons
- Extremely micromanaged - will run you into the ground with work if you allow them - slackers are given too many chances to the extent that it’s insulting to the hard workers - overly PC workplace. Expression limited, walking on eggshells - Insurance benefits are nothing crazy - no 401k match for staff

Pros
Challenging, fast-paced environment; Great variety of work. Competitive pay and benefits
Cons
Workload can be overwhelming at times
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Good starting pay and yearly increases
Cons
Micromanaged to the hilt. Training was poor, all verbal instructions and no manual. It seems the rules changed frequently. Everyone was in constant fear of being fired. No job security.

Pros
Pay was nice for starting
Cons
No respect for others, benefits aren’t the best, no work life balance, no lunch break, had to work through lunch break and eat at desk, catty coworkers, dramatic, couldn’t get up unless going to bathroom or to get coffee, and print something, requested overtime and never asked if it would work with personal schedule, workload was outrageous, too much work even for an 8 hour work day, coworkers were bossy and nosey, have a family? Yeah, forget about them because the firm makes it clear that the firm is more important then your home life. Parking passes were outrageous, requesting off was like asking for an arm and a leg.
