I have been working at Diplomatic Language Services full-time

    Pros

Kind employers, benefits, chance for promotion

    Cons

The company basically functions on the amounts of contracts they get. if there are no contract bids won then they down size until they win a big contract. Good place for a recent college graduate to work. Depending on your department, you might be stuck at the same position for a long while.

    Advice to Management

Get the opinion of the employees who do the grunt work before make blanket policy changes

    Pros

Work environment and classroom resources are very conducive to teaching.
    Very polite and professional staff.
    HR is very attentive.
CEO treats instructors and clients well and without distinction.
Very good language teaching library. Excellent pantry.

    Cons
