I worked at Dippin Dots part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    One free item each shift
    Flexible schedule
    Lovely customers

    Cons

Dead during the week, but busier on weekends
    Rude customers
Nepotism (boss fired me in favor of his niece)

    Advice to Management

Don't hire employees outside of your family, praise them for doing a good job, then fire them in favor of your relatives! That is despicable and unacceptable. I feel used!

I worked at Dippin Dots (More than a year)

    Pros

The product and most of the contributors are great.

    Cons

Poor pay. Outdated technology. Nepotism epidemic

    Advice to Management

In order to stay on top, you'll have to be more progressive, and hire more sales and technology-minded individuals. Monitor some of the old guard who are truly doing the company an injustice.

I worked at Dippin Dots part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My manager was really nice and got me well acquainted to my work environment. I was able to work a lot of hours during the week, and oftentimes worked independently (which I prefered).

    Cons

I worked in a mall that was very close to the children's play area, so it was loud.

    Pros

People can't get enough. You feel like a rock star every time you fill up another cup. Also, you get free ice cream.

    Cons

The brain freeze can be a real problem sometimes. People do not understand how the dots are made. They ask all sorts of questions about the physics of it all...

    Advice to Management

    Keep on keepin' on!
