    Pros

Great support system. Probably the most flexible schedule you are going to find-you can literally pick when you work by the hour, meaning you can schedule plenty of time off in the middle of the day if you have an appointment elsewhere.

    Cons

Dealing with clients that are in bad positions. You’ll need loads of empathy for this job.

    Cons

Unorganized HR, slow company, pay is super low for sales tech but it’s not sales tech at all you do all the work for the other sdr in the real company it’s just terrible idk how this company even still exist. Stop firing people after a month because you don’t really have any companies/“clients” for the employees to work. Do not settle get you a good job that truly appreciate you and we’re adults we have to pay bills monthly.
