    Pros

Good benefits, nice office, nice managers, good bonus, good training given for role adequate for you to do the job.

    Cons

Lack of room to move around or upwards in company with limited job roles, only really faced at being call centre based roles.

I have been working at Direct Line Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Bonus is fairly good when compared to many companies, but they are making every effort to change that.benefits are good ,50% off of insurances.

    Cons

Absolutely NO career progression internally,no support to grow from team leaders,no feedbacks given after interviews,u hardly get any opportunity to get out your present role, they use you one hundred percent of you to complete the job and very little recognition.

    Advice to Management

Take care of employees, they will automatically take care of customers.

I worked at Direct Line Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Salary and bonus... And thats about it!

    Cons

Typical call centre environment. No value. No opportunities. No appreciation. If your face fits then your in! Otherwise....... Do what u like.. Meet all the targets.. If they dont like you.. They dont see you! Lots of office politics.. And a very high staff turnover in Manchester.. Simply because staff are unhappy with the working conditions. Management simply dont give a damn about consultants on the phone...... consultants often feel un importsnt, and a general lack of appreciation is felt across the site. Goodness knows how they expect you to have s work life balance.. They expect you to either work weekends or evenings.. No social life!!!!!!!!!. The managers all leave at 5pm and dont work weekends either......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Advice to Management

You guys are doing alot for your customers which is great ( best for customer), but in this process you REALLY are pushing your staff beyond their limits with the constant change, lack of decent shifts, lack of opportunities, the list is endless. Put your self in the staffs place.. And think how you would feel.

I worked at Direct Line Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Ok for a first time employee, who is just looking to work in any job.

    Cons

You are given a choice of several different working hour rotas, but non of them allowed you an early start - early finish, or a standard nine to five job. High staff turnover.

    Advice to Management

Keep staff turnover down by offering better working hours.
