I have been working at Directors of Health Promotion and Education full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Staff was cooperative, highly-skilled, and had great work ethic and was overall fun to work with/for. The staff has a high level of autonomy, and management trusts staff to do their jobs. Pays all health benefits for staff and families.

    Cons

Board and members not engaged. Limited outlook for organization as a whole. Issues with transparency and organization over the past year.
