    Pros

    The people, The office, The Pay, The opportunity... I could go on. I'm a fan.

    Cons

    Health Insurance could be better, but I'd blame the American Health Care system in general for that.

    Advice to Management

    I have been working at DiscoverOrg full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    This is a great role if you want to know EVERYTHING there is to know about the platform. The onboarding process is very detailed and they do everything they can to set you up for SUCCESS. If you like helping people and connecting with the end users then this would be a great fit.

    Cons

    No con's. I am looking forward to learning the new features that I was not already aware of.

    I have been working at DiscoverOrg full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Work hard mentality helps keep your motivation levels up. Very organic atmosphere where, I have walked up to the CRO and suggested an idea and we talked about it for 15-20 minutes before he decided to pass it off to a team to start forming and potentially implementing. Show up, work hard, and you are rewarded much better than most places. You are trusted to be responsible and on task, goals are high but definitely achievable and they support you superbly to help you rising to the occasion.

    Can't wear tennis shoes. No mohawks allowed. They stock coffee but not tea.

    Advice to Management

    Stock tea in the break room!

    Amazing company culture, constantly investing in the professional development of their employees; upper management continues to be accessible and collaborative.

    Cons

    Frequent changes in processes, roles and responsibilities - can't commit to ongoing learning, getting better every day, being flexible and rolling with the punches? This company is not for you.
