    Not so Magical(Magical Cruise corporation)

Dec 14, 2017 - Anonymous Contractor in Port Canaveral, FL
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Get to travel a lot. Enjoy some Disney perks like free Park passes, discounts. Free food and lodging. Good for those who are single and out to explore the world.

    Cons

Long hours of work, manual back breaking labor. You are almost not allowed to get sick with the flu or cold or coughs or anything. Almost no time off. Work life balance leans more towards work rather than relaxation. Disney values among the crew is thrown out of the window. Your typical cruise line environment, survival of the fittest. Just like being in NYC. Lots of stress and arguments. Crew mess food is just like garbage most of the time. Karoshi - work until you are disabled or about to die.
