    Pros

Working for Disney is always awesome, theme park tickets and a beautiful office are some of the perks of this position. The employee weekly newspaper is really cool, and if you're able, be sure to try to volunteer to sing in candle light processional at Christmas, it's AMAZING!

    Cons

I was bored to tears! You can't do ANYTHING during the time between calls (at least when I worked there) except surf the INTRA-Web, which is limited. There are occasionally "Fam trips" where you get to cruise for free, but they are fairly miserable experiences. You go on a cruise with 3 co-workers and share the worst cabin on the ship (just below the nightclub) Mostly I just can't stand being that bored on a regular basis. They also shortened the "traditions" program just as I started there. It used to be a 3 day experience where you learned to love the history of the Disney company. It had once included a tour inside the Utlidors and all the parks, now it is a one day snore fest inside a small room. VERY LOW PAY!

    Pros

Typically fun job and great community, free room, board, and travel. Despite low pay you can really save up some money with such few expenses. It's great having a long span of vacation time if you're traveling (and free admission to parks)

    Cons

Ports get old after a while (at least on the Dream), long hours, low pay. Vacation time gets boring when you are just at home, not working

    Pros

Free Travel, Lodging, and Food. The best part are the people and the magic! Vacation for weeks after each contract

    Cons

Long hours, no days off, moving up is based on time/favoritism and not skills, low pay
