    Pros

    -MANY opportunities for advanced positions.
-Many good employees to work with
    -Variety of jobs to do
    -Kept busy often
-Days off are easy to obtain(for the most part)
-They may ask you to leave early but the majority of the time, they will not force you to leave.

    Cons

-Low pay for often very difficult work
-Scheduling is often VERY difficult to work out
    -Very haphazard work hours
    -Sometimes 4-hour shifts
-Management does not understand the complexities of the things they often ask you to do.
-Often ridiculous rules make things more difficult for not just the cast member, but the guest as well.....and not for the better.

    Advice to Management

Please make a concerted effort be considerate of cast members and assess deeply what rules you impose on cast members. And do not get mad when things don't go the way you want when you just made things 3x's as difficult

    Pros

Perks, free admission if you have the time. Discounts on housing, merchandise, food. Notoriety.

    Cons

Not alot of free time. Advancement opportunities are there but hard to attain given the sheer volume of employees. Must enjoy Disney and job.

    Advice to Management

Be more proactive in interacting with employees, get to know them, understand them, disney is about family on and off stage.

    Pros

I get to make magic every day and feel I make a difference in the lives of our guests. It has its hard days like any job, but overall I get to have fun at work.

    Cons

Its hard to get the same answer from two managers. Many cast members feel like a replaceable cog and eventually get burnt out after a few years. I have also seen several very talented cast members overlooked for promotion for less qualified cast members.
