    Pros

Disney being the most recognizable brand in America if not the world, there are many pros. Wage is comparable Perks are great (free park admission, extra tickets, discounts (merch, food, ect) The BIG name Getting to be around so many different cultures Seeing kids smile

    Cons

However there are cons. Being part of a major company (some may say monopoly at this point) the drawbacks are; - You are a number at the end of the day - Some leaders will try to get you fired or keep you from getting promotions - OSHA violations - I once did 45 hours of overtime that I wasn't (still haven't) been paid for - I was considered part-time but they worked me 40-60 hours a week for over three months and didn't receive benefits (yes that's actually illegal)

The Best Experience of My Life

    Pros

Gain real-life experience on exceptional guest service. Leaders can be very insightful and helpful if you are struggling with a task or don't know how to handle a certain situation. I definitely felt very prepared for my role after all of the training that was provided. You have free park access to not only the US parks, but international parks as well! The cast member discounts are great as well. You meet people from around the world.

    Cons

The hours you can be scheduled can be insane, long, and could have a short turnaround from when you get out of work until you have to return the next day. Dealing with cranky guests can be difficult and there are a lot of cranky guests that visit Disney World.

Free park entry, great people, not a terrible job

Unless you’re full time you don’t receive benefits. The pay does not equal to the amount you need to survive
