Great leadership. Working at Epcot is excellent. Flexible hours and can trade shifts. Nice fellow cast members. Follow the rules and you’ll be fine.

The heat and the rain. Standing for very long hours. Some guests can be extremely rude, obnoxious and use profanity, and be completely dismissive.
