    Pros

Pay's very well if you play your cards right. Not afraid to spend money on their projects to the point of being wasteful.

    Cons

They're well behind the industry in terms of data driven product development. They move extremely slow n everything, so things aren't likely to change anytime soon.
Decision are driven by politics. Endless layers of management.

    Advice to Management

Start hiring based on talent, not relationships.

    Cons

    *Too many roles contracted

    * Information is HARD TO FIND. If I'm tasked with supporting a platform, I often due to lack of documentation.

    Advice to Management

Have a clear chain of management. I often have to clear single changes and requests through 4-5 different people and projects slow down/stall.
