I worked at Disney Studios as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Although cuts in recent years has inevitably changed this, the studio was known for having some rather long-term employees who really believed in the business.

    Cons

The corporate culture is strong, which has its demonstrable advantages. But it can also be seen to stifle creativity, innovation, and growth, and to be less attractive to employees for whom that is a priority.

I have been working at Disney Studios full-time

    Pros

Salaries are high, benefits are pretty good

    Cons

Union members are not able to get as many benefits as other employers. In this case being in a union has made my experience at Disney worse.
