    Pros

Great group of very talented artists coming together to make movies the whole family can enjoy. Great overall vision for the future of the company.

    Cons

As in most other places in the film industry, the pace of work can be a little hard to get used to.

    Advice to Management

As long as the vision for the company remains focused on creating quality entertainment, DTS will continue to grow into a solid place to work in the entertainment industry.

    Pros

    Great resume builder
    Challenging projects
    Wide variety of projects
Fast paced, but fair (the odd late night s to be expected)
    Good work/life balance

    Cons

    Too many meetings
Creative teams are detached from clients
Many, many legal restrictions stymie creativity
    Lots of revisions
Sometimes the process gets in the way of actually creating deliverables

    Advice to Management

Get creative teams closer to clients. Focus on processes that get results, not the process itself. Really, this is a great place to work.

    Pros

Secure job, possibility to switch departments. Costumes, and costume cleaning, which is very convenient. Partial reimbursement of transport expenses (rather common in France).

    Cons

Too much favoritism depending on minorities (what ever the minority). Sometimes one have to persevere to have trainings related to the position. Sometimes perseverance does not help anyway.

    Advice to Management

In general, the management is rather understanding and courteous.
