I have been working at Disneyland Paris

    Pros

Great resume builder Challenging projects Wide variety of projects Fast paced, but fair (the odd late night s to be expected) Good work/life balance

    Cons

Too many meetings Creative teams are detached from clients Many, many legal restrictions stymie creativity Lots of revisions Sometimes the process gets in the way of actually creating deliverables

    Advice to Management

Get creative teams closer to clients. Focus on processes that get results, not the process itself. Really, this is a great place to work.

I have been working at Disneyland Paris

    Pros

Great group of very talented artists coming together to make movies the whole family can enjoy. Great overall vision for the future of the company.

    Cons

As in most other places in the film industry, the pace of work can be a little hard to get used to.

    Advice to Management

As long as the vision for the company remains focused on creating quality entertainment, DTS will continue to grow into a solid place to work in the entertainment industry.

I worked at Disneyland Paris for less than a year

      Pros

The job is not really hard, the company pays on time and every minute of extra hours, the schedule is available at least 2 weeks ahead, they respect the shifts of each employee, multinational environment, contact with many people, discount in the boutiques of the Park, free entrance in the Park for the employees.

      Cons

The salary could be a little bit higher considering that the cost of living in Paris is really high, some restaurants have really mad management and there are no many potential of personal development.
