Was a great place to work at with a great enviroment
Cons
That all went down the drain when our previous CEO, Gordon Beck, CFO, COO, and all upper management got fired due to embezzlement.
Advice to Management
Don't hire shaddy people.

Bonus,overtime,hours, ceo is amazing,location is okay,but you need to pack your lunch it will take an hour just to get food at the town center

Supervisors,your sick days are your vacation days as well,dont advance until year 3 so you better not get the flu.parking is beyond limited
Advice to Management
If you see there numbers dropping after months of doing amazing,get one on one with your reps and talk about how you can help,a little positivity goes a long way and will make yall so much more money

Offers benefits, Good starting salary, nice environment t, an hour lunch, room for Improvement , steady hours, paid time off, some good supervisors
Cons
Long and irrelevant monthly company meetings, Micromanagement, Crowded over staffed and not enough clients to go around, the people you call are not very nice considering the circumstance

Focus on contributing to the teams number instead of micromanaging

Insurance is very expensive, no advancement unless you're in with the management click, management expects the job to be more important than family

plenty of parking training personal is fantastic hire young and inexperience dress is casual and comfortable
Cons
reduce salary every 3 months not flexible schedule insurance is not affordable lacking benefits
Advice to Management
Know what is going on at both offices Supervisor need more training Review your hiring standards (is great no experience is necessary, but follow guidelines on application) No place for drugs and it occurs daily
