Support from co-workers and guidance when relsting to clicncal approach and documentation. Very enthusiastic environment and the the opportunity to make a difference in ones life.

    Current Employee - Caseworker/Supervisor

    Pros

My coworkers are great, helping families get back together, vacation time

    Cons

raises are the same across the board and should definately be based on job performance, not enough training for new caseworkers, favoritism within management

    Advice to Management

talk to the staff who work at the houses before you decide to change things and get their opinions since we are the ones who work there 40 hours each week, ask line staff their opinion about how things are running because a lot of things get swept under the rug and the kids suffer from it
