    Pros

Knowledge, interesting projects, can learn the practical basics of mechanical engineering that is not taught in college, some departments enjoy more perks than rest

    Cons

No work life balance, most managers lack professionalism, remuneration is below standard, there is barely any recognition for employees below manager level, no internet connection so one cannot keep up to date with latest advancements in the field, too much micro-management

    Advice to Management

Pay employees to retain them, rather than keeping an endless string of freshers. Recognise employees that are doing a good job. Hire new blood that will provide a fresh and interesting perspective instead of the same old boring ideas.
