    Pros

Sometimes you got the chance to have some good food samples for first class.

    Cons

    Bad location unless you drive.
Team environment is not ideal. The management level doesn't really care about individual employee's personal development, and they won't help you fit in the environment.

    Advice to Management

More care to employees, more benefits, more happy hours and outings.

    Pros

The company is comitted to providing a supportive work place. The uniform is provided, along with warm wear if needed. Meals are provided, and there's something for everyone. It's a very safe and secure environment. The people are warm and friendly.

    Cons

    Some work areas are cold.

    Advice to Management

A slightly higher rate of pay would go a long way to help employee quality of life.

    Pros

Because of a big turnover of employees there is a lot of overtime. The management is not bad but since they are always short of employees, they have to help out

    Cons

sitting in a cooler most of the day, very cold, have to wear uniform, head cover, gloves, very hard to go to the bathroom if you constantly have to take things off, put them back on and so

    Advice to Management

need to increase wages, the employees would be happier and wouldn't leave so quickly even when they have to work in such cold conditions

    Pros

-While on the interview/tour of this company i could tell it was a great atmospher with diverse employees.
-Very clean envoriment, they really pride their self on this as a food catering company it really adds to it
-They also feed you- so free lunch which is always a plus
-everyone is pretty much friendly and get along fine
-good job experience for transportation service

    Cons

-the pay is terrible for the 'Chicago' location as to the New York pay, its also $3 more and its very unfair
-for the Flight Checker and Coordinator positions you will be working harder than anyone and it wont be recognized
-my training experience was terrible and sloppy, they let someone train me with only a month of experience (due to lack of employees; most quit)
    -management is weak

    -i resigned for these reasons

    I worked at Do & Co full-time

    Pros

    There was not one Pro

    Cons

It was the worst experience I have ever had in my professional career. It's full of egocentric wash ups who couldn't make it anywhere else in this industry so they got together to work there.

    Advice to Management

Not enough time or energy to even begin

    Pros

Learned a lot as far as production in the party department, will take this skills wherever I go.

    Cons

Horrible work ethic!!!! They use you to their advantage. I got pregnant and they never gave me any help. I had to lift heavy bowls and pots. (Even though I didn't I just asked diff ppl to help me all day which got annoying to both me and the helper after awhile). Mngmnt try's to turn the employees against each other. Always wants us to be consistent but they never are. This company has a high turnover rate. I loved the job but after awhile I didn't care anymore cuz your hard work is useless.

    Advice to Management

Get it together. Listen to the little ppl. U can't do it without them. If ur turnover rate were less the comply would most likely save lots of money. The only long term employees are either high in management or can hardly speak English. You gouts can't def do better than that.
