I have been working at Do & Co full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Coming from the hotel world , I needed a change but still wanted to stay true to hospitality. There is a great opportunity to build upon what the company was founded on ~ hospitality. I understand the perspectives of previous reviewers...a service culture change is needed. With newly added HR leaders and an open mind of the Senior Leadership team, I look forward to the culture evolving.

    Cons

very poor management, racism, low pay, uneducated work force at all levels, disrespectful management, unethical practices, unstructured chain of command, very high turnover rate(it seems most people do not last longer than a year), disrespectful work culture, very disorganize, disregard for rule of law including but not limited to :Safety, Labor, Equal opportunity, sexual harassment, Health and Hygiene, client contracts etc.(do a quick google search on their litigation history to prove this point) If you decide to go ahead and take this job opportunity, please come back to this review in a month and it will feel as an "I told you so" moment

I worked at Do & Co full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people who aren’t higher in position than you are the nicest people you could meet.

    Cons

The supervisor plays favorites and always sides with their team leader even though they’ve done wrong. And always giving you empty threats about getting written up. You don’t get your raises and there’s always promises of them giving it to you.
