From my point of view, working os Doctoralia/Docplanner is helping me to accept a new way of company. And of course, a new and much more "light" way of working.

- start-up atmosphere - modern stack, yet a lot of challenges and problems to solve and learn from - great, open-minded people, no one is judging, you can be yourself - great office

- sometimes chaotic, but most of the time we know what we are doing ;) - compensations could be higher, especially for the most engaged people

- company growth means opportunities to learn and advance - significant company size means diversity of tasks, teams and experiences - multinational company with several offices provides opportunity for travel, but only if you want it - flexible hours and work location

Pros
The company is great, there is a huge sense of family, team work, of being part of something that really matters! I fell so lucky working here, everyday there is a new challenge and something new to learn. There is also space to discuss new ideas and improvements with team leaders, managers and even the country manager. I feel very happy working here.
Cons
I feel there should be more benefits and higher salaries for the amount of work everybody does.
