- 4.0Aug 29, 2023Account ManagementCurrent Employee, less than 1 year
Pros
- friendly and talented colleagues with full support - flexible working hours - approachable and open minded/understanding management team who are keen to listen what needs to be improved - it really puts you out of your comfort zones. A lot to learn - have I mentioned free flow beer after 5pm?
Cons
- Nature of new start-ups, people may need to wear many hats. But still you get to learn new stuff. - would be nice to have a ERP system. Once the company expands, things would be easier to track, share and monitor by cross functions - decent insight system but room to improve in term of UX/UI - should have a routine training (insight, social and platform, products) of the tools that we have.
