I have been working at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The hospital has decent health benefits, job stability, paid time off and holiday pay. They have high quality equipment and offices are very well maintained. Great co-workers who are truly caring people. Starting wage is very good for entry level positions. A very good place to start your career. They offer some classes with a local college for interested employees.

    Cons

Too many high level, highly paid administrators creates confusion as to who is in charge. There have been no raises for over 4 years and experience is not taken into account when salary is decided. Cost cutting is done by keeping departments short staffed and stress level can be very high.

    Advice to Management

Evaluation of wages from a reputable company and implement all of the recommendations. Establish a long term plan of incentives for employee retention. Create a clear concise chart of administrators for each department and distribute to employees.
