Pros
The people. Many very intelligent people at Dolby care about the work we contribute to entertainment technology. I appreciate that I am given room to explore new ways of reaching customers and new markets. My manager gives support and encouragement to our team to reach our goals and helps us to get noticed in the larger organization. I am always excited to see what we accomplish each year!
Cons
There can be a lot of check-in meetings, and it takes a quorum to get movement on certain aspects of the business. Upward movement can be challenging. Difficult to expand teams for additional help when scaling reach into new markets
