Pros
You get a 401 (K) to help towards your retirement. Everyone at this dollar general is so nice and so friendly and will help you and welcome you. It pays really well!!!
Cons
You may not get the hours you want straight away, but you’ll get them eventually…you have to be patient and discuss it privately with the store manager
