    Pros

it is a job not requiremented.

    Cons

There were demand you work 60 to 70 hours when you are only required to work 48. No payroll at all you will spend all your time either cashering or stocking. High turnover 7.25 still being paid in 2017< really.

    Advice to Management

They are to greedy to listen they don't care about anything but money.

    Pros

no comment there really aren't XCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE..BUT CUSTOMER CAN HAVE THIER WAY...DO LIKE UNNDERCOVER BOSS...SEE WHAT WE DO..THERE SHOULD NOT BE AN EXCHANGE POLICY..

    Cons

no comment...in the area I work in..it would really be discriminatory to give a response other than..were these people from other countries this disrespectful too..its a challenge...I AM 50 YEARS OLD..never seen this level of disrespect...I am so disappointed as to what we are expected to deal with! it is hard..why accept exchange at a dollar store!!! CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAS RIGHT.

    Advice to Management

REALLY??? I have seen and experienced my manager go by the book..just to be told by her boss..well you are right..BUT.. we will take care of your customer who is taking advantage of the freebies...that is what corp is doing wrong. if you have time above store level I have time to give you a reality check o customer service at the base

I worked at Dollar Tree full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There was a lot of freedom in making decisions about your district. The benefits were decent. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of my workers.

    Cons

The salary is terrible, the company has demands that are highly I reasonable. They will fire you to save money if yoyre up for a promotion.

    Advice to Management

I would ensure that employees feel important and not spoken to in such a profane manner. I would monitor the regional managers much better as well.
