Decent place to work. If you're lucky, you get to work with an awesome team of people.

I dread the two times a year when Operation Homefront rolls around because it's pretty obvious that we shouldn't be pushing it on people that clearly cannot afford to add another item to their list. Adding quotas to cashiers for a minimum of how many donations they have to get out of people makes it less like a charity drive and more like telemarketing (but in person). That goes double for announcements over the PA system every single time someone donates.

-Employees received generous raise -Easy register/computer system to learn -Easy to move up in company

-Sometimes employees barely get any hours -Some new employees were making more than people who had worked there longer -We're expected to stay open to close to cover shifts, unload trucks, yet cannot go over 40 hours a week

part-time work, only allowed up to 25 hours a week, great for high school students.
