Dominion is a place of employment where you can get to know great people, have flexibility and be known as an individual. Being around senior level management who posses drive and ambition on a daily basis is pure motivation to stay around for the long haul. Stability isn't easy to find nowadays but Dominion exhibits a strength many other companies can't set forth year after year.

This may not be the best fit for people who aren't self-starters.
