I have been working at Dominion National full-time (Less than a year)
Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement
Back to back calls all day when we're short staffed

Decent pay, decent benefits, quarterly happy hours where the office shuts down (all but the member services department)
This is a company is all about who you know and SUCK UP too. You get ahead by having little knowledge and a great social game. The people that come to work and do their job are stuck where they are because they are too "valuable" to lose by promoting. They promote from within but normally already meet with the person they want to promote before posting the job so you have no chance if you haven't already talked to the manager of that department. Calls in member service are nonstop and they will take your lunch hour away from you and buy you pizza so you can continue taking calls, you have to email your supervisor to make sure its ok to use the restroom.
Advice to Management
Pay attention to the work people do versus the social game. There are people in charge that brag about doing nothing all day its really sad.

Despite growing so quickly and such a short amount of time, the employees are still close knit and they are very accommodating with personal time. The location can't be beat!
There is little room for growth.
Great culture and opportunity for growth, faced paced
Lots of hard work, so work/life balance can be challenging.
