    Pros

It's nice to work for a global company with a small U.S. Headquarters, you get to know your co-workers, and the employees are (for the most part) good, friendly people.

    Somewhat laid-back Corporate Culture.

    Good benefits.

    Cons

Lack of training and cross-functional / interdepartmental cooperation.

Executives watch each other's backs and seem to care less for the staff; disregarding employee complaints about management and managers, doing the minimal to address such grievances.

If you rock the boat, your bonus and increases will suffer, and you will be nit-picked with vague/subjective yet no less formal write-ups. Managers (or at least certain managers) will hide behind their shield of authority and manipulate the system to get rid of you while HR and others turn their heads.

Lots of career growth empty promises.
    Only growth is unilateral.

    Advice to Management

Get your noses out of one another's bums, listen to your employees, and take exit interviews seriously.

    Pros

Excellent benefits and work life balance. Overall a nice place to start your career.

    Cons

Midsized company with a short term focus and limited growth opportunities. Small industry with many cash strapped customers that are unpleasant to deal with. Plan on moving on if you want to grow.

I worked at Domino Printing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people on my team were great, as well in the office and the field. Good benefits received as well.

    Cons

Lack of long term vision to grow the product portfolio. Disconnects between senior leadership and workers. Too conservative of an organization. Bad investments

    Advice to Management

Be less conservative, and do a better job in developing the people, and do more than just delivering an overall number back to global HQ

    Pros

Great people to work with, strive on promoting from within. Company provides great benefits and support.

    Cons

Stressful environment, working multiple jobs without compensation.

    Advice to Management

Work more as a team and push for more support.

I worked at Domino Printing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits package(s), Nice environment and some excellent members of staff. Bonuses (If paid CAN be good)

    Cons

Complete lack of career progression unless your in "the network". Three changes of management in three years doesnt help (applies to my department). A lot of long serving staff members that are next to useless but so entrenched that they are immovable. Salary is "Non-negotiable" at time of employment and low. A blasé attitude to annual performance reviews leads to a global salary review structure (unless your management). Petty management that feel its fun to penalise certain members of staff come bonus time.

    Advice to Management

Clear the dead wood and look at the good staff you have rather than parachute in short term senior staff!

    Pros

A very well run company from the board room down
    Excellent benefits package
The opportunity for a good work life balance - if you choose to take it

    Cons

A staid environment where people can stay for a long time without making real contribution.
Pseudo culture of recognition and advancement of top performing individuals - people get frustrated and exit the business, leaving the organisation with less dynamic individuals who are happy (not everyone) to turn up and do what they have to.

    Advice to Management

Become less risk averse and allow true stars of the organisation opportunity to lead and implement change rather than everyone having to follow strong top down direction. A perception is that management promotions happen in the main because they are 'yes' men.
