I worked at Domino's Pizza UK part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy job if you like to drive and listen to music in your car. Good job if your a student or retired to make a little extra cash.

    Cons

The pay isn't too good and people don't always tip. Factor in the cost of gas and car repairs and you might not bring home much at the end of the week.

I have been working at Domino's Pizza UK full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Flexible Working Hours
    Quick Progression
    Staff Discount
Free staff meals (depending on franchise)

    Cons

    Unsociable Hours
Franchisees push to make more money at at expense of staff health

    Advice to Management

If you treat staff with more respect they will work harder for you. Finding a reason to take away money from staff month after month and not adapting to the shifts they want where possible is just asking for them to become demotivated which will result in less earnings over all or complete team collapse.
