I worked at Domino's Pizza UK full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

decent salary and good offers for customers

    Cons

where should i start? i have worked for cardiff based franchisee and he is the worst one to work for. strict labour targets meant unhappy staff. strict HR policies meant turnover of 50+ people per year. no bonus. no incentives. treated his employees like animals and showed no remorse

    Advice to Management

Strict policies need to placed on franchisees and contracts need to be brought in for fulltime staff

    Pros

    Friendly/Great instore/Driver staff

    Nothing else

    Cons

Job advertisement specifies "part time hours" however this is a lie and the hours i currently get are on a zero hour contract.

management sends you home if they had too many staff in, regardless of when you had clocked in, you could be told to go home after a 1-2 hour shift, because apperently "labour costs would be too high"

Essentialy this business which i currently work for (6th June 2017 Durham) has zero care for its staff, as long as the business is meeting its needs it won't care about you, if you apply here you will feel undervalued.

    Management is rude and crass

    Zero/Awful facilties for staff

    I worked at Domino's Pizza UK part-time

    Pros

50% of pizza and other products . Some staff are friendly.

    Cons

    Poor wage for the workload.
The management do not respect staff especially team members . Too much favouritism going on. The workplace is unprofessional and the manager hardly do anything - they just play around.

    Advice to Management

Be professional , treat your staff well , provide a descent training.
