    Pros

None I guess I got a free slice of pizza now and then but I won't eat it that's nasty

    Cons

Everyone's dirty, very young, food has to be against health codes, manager makes me lie regularly to higher ups

    Advice to Management

    Start over

I worked at Domino's (More than a year)

    Pros

Money, occasional free pizza, cool coworkers

    Cons

Awful corporate, constantly making deals for customers to get pizza CHEAPER than the employee discount. Lots of coupon/deals for cheap pizza by coming into the store

    Advice to Management

Dont ruin the driver incentive by pushing for carry-outs! It ruins drivers times because they have to help and they also dont get to earn tips.

PAY THE DRIVERS A REAL WAGE STOP ASKING FOR TIPS FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS

    I worked at Domino's part-time

    Pros

Its fun when you are working with a good team.

    Cons

horrible pay, and you can work all day without taking a break depending on what store you work in

    Advice to Management

    Pay more

    I worked at Domino's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of Overtime which means bigger paychecks

    Cons

Long hours and no breaks (sure you can smoke a cigarette during downtime but forget a designated lunch hour/break if you are in management).

Most (some 95%+ are franchise owners) so the owner can do whatever they want. The owner of the franchise I worked at made it a frequent occurrence to berate, cuss at, and verbally abuse staff. This included cussing at 16 year old kids.

Violates labor laws on so many levels. Kids under 18 never given breaks.

Owner stole staff tips to compensate for a short cash drawer. This is only legal if a sign is posted, in this case it was not.

Never received my promised bonuses for staying under shortage goals, not even one.

Expected to work 12+ hours with no break.

Overall, treated poorly. Talked down to by the Owner and made to feel incompetent.

Revolving door of employees due to bully tactics from Owner.

Benefits are up to the Owner- no health/vision/dental offered nor were there plans for it. Owner owned 3 stores, the first one dating back to 8 years ago so it wasn't like he didn't have the money. Working in management I got to see the bank statements- and let me tell you, he could most definitely afford it...50 times over.

Late hours- expect to have no social life working till 1 am.

No appreciation, never even a pat on the back for good work or catching a mistake.

    Advice to Management

This message is for Corporate...make your franchise owners accountable for verbally abusing staff. Especially since much of it is done IN FRONT of customers. Can't tell you how many customers refused to do business with us after waiting in line on a busy night, only to hear the owner swear at us and berate us. This reflects on YOU as a company. By the way, I WILL be contacting the department of labor about all the kids in high school that were not given breaks and forced to work a 9 hour shift+ without one.

    I worked at Domino's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The lower level team is great, but only because I made them comfortable and helped them every step of the way

    Cons

the products inferior; as a driver I was required to go out and dispatch even after my car became harmed; as a person, I was supposed to do up to 7 hours drive time a day (after that your brain becomes fogged), but was taken to up to 15 hours a day driving (I was supposed to do in shop otherhours making pizza makeline and doing oven and dispatch)

    Advice to Management

my legal team will contact you with the damage to my car; you refusing to listen to me I will nuke you as the franchisee; you are an idiot and I will hurt you

  8. "Beware of accidents"

    I worked at Domino's full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I don't have anything good to say about this company right now.

    Cons

Management at individual stores is unprofessional and poor. Company will terminate you if you have an accident in which you were at fault. They will not let you know this until they do an "investigation" which will last over a month. Meanwhile, you wait, with no pay. Even if you have an accident that wasn't your fault, you get suspended for two weeks without pay. After five years of driving, people are going to have accidents.

    Advice to Management

Be fair. Don't terminate someone who has been a loyal employee for years on the basis of one at fault accident. Make sure there are good people managing your stores. Understand that people who are delivering for you just want to put food on the table.

    Pros

Large amount of overtime hours if you want

    Cons

literally everything, horrible management, horrible corporate overhead

    Advice to Management

fix your topping refrigeration and air conditioner before summer, opening all the doors and making a wind tunnel out of fans when its 100 degrees outside is not the way to go.

    Pros

Not much. Wish I hadn't invested my time with this company. No pros no. I mean the food was half off so that was a plus.

    Cons

Regional provide ZERO help and want you to work open to close everyday and provide impossible numbers. I've been working like a zombie making no money
