    I worked at Domino's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible to your schedule. Allowed enough training. Pretty easy. word word word word word word word word.

    Cons

Unorganized. Disrespectful. Unprepared. Never clear on work times or anything else. Mean and nasty clique themed work force. Arrogant and mean overall.

    Advice to Management

Please review your staff and management to be actually able to do their job. They should know how to organize a time table and be kind to customers and new employees.

I have been working at Domino's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I work for Dream Team Pizza, d.b.a. Domino's in Kansas City, MO. Honestly, the only thing I can say positive is that I work with some really great people in the store. Many of the stores are new so they are clean and everything equipment wise works well.

    Cons

Ugh, where do I start. OK, LOW PAY FOR MANAGERS. Terrible. Drivers often make more than managers do. EXTREME micro management from upper level management outside the stores. Managers cannot even do basic functions such as cancel, void or discount an order if needed without sending a picture and text to a DM. No direct deposit and did I mention low pay LOL? Absolutely ZERO diversity in upper management! Two count them 2 African-American GM's out of 30 stores! A dreadful company that needs change. The owner cares about expansion and not building sales with the stores he currently has. Often only 1 manager and a driver in the store which results in very long delivery times and lots of angry customers.

    Advice to Management

Start Listening to employees! Pay a decent livable wage to your managers. Direct Deposit.

    I worked at Domino's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    * Flexible Schedule
    * Easy going environment

    Cons

    * This is a dead end job
    * You are a cog in the great pizza machine
    * Accidents will get you fired, you won't have the company backing you up, they'll put it all on you. Saw it happen with coworkers.
    * Dangerous - delivering to sketchy places, people trying to rob you
    * Pissy Customers and you have to lick their feet
    *

    Advice to Management

Stop expecting Grade A employees, these people are mostly pot heads anyway.

    Pros

Cash on hand, flexible scheduling, some good co workers, IRA plan for long term employees.

    Cons

Tips were unreliable, poor mileage payout, hard on vehicle, poor/rude management, no raises, no recognition, deliver in bad weather - no regard for driver safety, no meal breaks, rude or cheap customers.

    Advice to Management

If your rude and disrespect your employees, don't expect them to work for you more than a month and do a good job. A little respect and recognition can go a long way. Should pay drivers better for what they go through.

I have been working at Domino's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Part time, flexible schedule and no employee really cares about the company making it a job you can take or leave. If you are a young adult, this is a good first job while looking for a better second job.

    Cons

Too many employees at one store and not enough hours to go around to be able to live off of unless you are the GM or higher.

    Advice to Management

Fewer employees at any one store so there are more hours available to the people who work their.

    Pros

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Dominos needs to have weekly meetings with staff to get everyone on the same page, and to air out any grievances

    Pros

Able to control your own work flow throughout the day.

    Cons

Location was in a very poor area & management lets employees get away with anything if they cry enough.

    Advice to Management

Don't give special treatment to some while making others pick up the slack.

I have been working at Domino's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

For the most part I like the job. The general mood of the employees is good , good service, and overall the customer is always satisfied.

    Cons

The policies are a little crazy and unnecessary at times. The "higher ups" are sometimes rude and overbearing. Also the job can get hectic and you don't get a scheduled break. You are not allowed to sit down.

    Advice to Management

The best advice I can give to any management is to treat your crew as you would like to be treated. Also to be stern but not too stern and to to be kind and courteous to the customers.
