    I have been working at Domino's part-time

    Pros

The work is easy. I enjoy the crew I work with.

    Cons

The speed at which they have to do everything means pizzas aren't always made nicely with the proper amount of toppings and the areas are not cleaned up appropriately.

I have been working at Domino's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

People are friendly (at least in my store), good management as well, and the 50℅ on everything but chicken and drinks is great!

    Cons

It can be stressful, and customers can be very frustrating, especially if your area is split with another domino's store and you need to transfer them.

    Advice to Management

Better scheduling so we aren't over over or under staffed.

    I worked at Domino's full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great brand to work for. I loved my job, and did not leave willingly. They posess a network that cares about its employees from the highest to the lowest level.

    Cons

The majority of the business is franchised out as opposed to corporately owned. Matters that should be decided upon from an unbiased corporate standpoint are ultimately left up to the franchisee.

    Advice to Management

Research your franchisee before you dedicate yourself to his or her franchise.

I have been working at Domino's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The majority of your time is in your own car

    Cons

You get paid like a waitress without the general understanding of the public that your 15-20% tip is actually needed to make your hourly wage livable. A waitress can wait on 10-20 tables in an hour and make 40-150/hr while drivers actually have to drive, fight traffic, climb stairs, stand in the weather, and pay for their own fuel to get that average $2 tip per order and only deliver 2-5 deliveries an hour.

    Advice to Management

    Stop hiring untrainable people
