I have been working at Domino's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are 5 Stars- Health Benefits with many extras, Life, Long Term, Short Term, cost is low with an optional Healthy Program to follow for discounts on benefits. It doesn't get any better than this in any industry. Great Vacation Benefits and additional days off "Dominos Days" are added above the normal Holiday Calendar. It really doesn't get any better than this! Employee Purchase Stock Options, matching 401K, the list of benefits is tremendous.

Culture- A fantastic place to work, I have never been a part of such a tremendous group of people who work together. You have to be a part of it to fully understand, it is truly special.

People Development- Several programs internally that will help you move forward in your career. This company believes in people and you will get the opportunity to advance.

    Cons

I have None at this time

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    I worked at Domino's full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Talented, yet humble leadership team. Fast moving environment where you are always close to the consumer. Technology driven company with amazing big data capabilities that enable it to run circles around the competition.

    Cons

The equity appreciation in the brand over the last 10 years has been absolutely stunning. Check it out online. You would have made more money holding Domino's stock than Google's! The multiples are so high that equity appreciation curve has to flatten.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you do!

I have been working at Domino's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You kinda make your own schedule, work as many hours as needed as long as it's busy.
Lots of opportunity to grow if you are inside.
    You take home tips daily.
Good tips if it's busy !

    Cons

If it's a slow week you will not make much at all.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the amount of drivers they have on not busy days, specially mornings.

I have been working at Domino's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Seeing how things are done, experiencing new things and meeting new people. You give unlimited 50% off of food and drink for you and immediate family.

    Cons

People calling off and having to cover on your day off or losing a crew member for the day. Dealing with upset customers . Having to we make pizzas or other Foods.

    Advice to Management

It would be helpful to have access to the internet when something runs out, for it to be out of stock or 86th off so the customer placing the order online cant order it. This would save us from doing a call back to see what else they want.

Depends on where you work and who you work with. All Depends on the team. As a Driver you can be out of the shop for almost half your shift.

    Advice to Management

Idk how you keep GMs at such a low wage and high stress position. Ours works 7 days a week and is always on call.
