    Pros

Great flexibility in scheduling. This is the perfect place for students or for a second job. The pay is decent for the skills required. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. Can't beat the occasional free food! I worked there as a student and I'd go back any time if I needed a second job or some part-time or temporary work. Also it;s a great place for advancement to management, if that's what you're interested in. Easy to move into an assistant management position if you're a good worker and smart.

    Cons

Hard work and late hours. That may be a good thing depending on your situation.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Pros

Tremendous growth opportunity and total fairness to all employees. If you like to drive and enjoy working unsupervised in your car, be a driver. However, if you work inside, you better be prepared to work hard and you had better work well with others. Making pizzas is fun. It's difficult to learn but once you get the hang of it it's pretty rewarding.

    Cons

During the summer it gets very hot inside. Alot of miles are put on your car and you go through tires like socks. If you're in charge, you've got to deal with workinng with 16 year olds.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

    Pros

Very flexible with days needed off, Fun atmosphere, freedom when delivering, very good money, great opportunities to go upward within the company.

    Cons

The price of gas makes delivering pizzas expensive, which can be offset if people would actually tip. No benefits were offered.

    Advice to Management

    great job!

    Pros

Very fun and laid back atmosphere. You can have fun while working. The hours are flexible and the managers are nice about needed time off.

    Cons

Sometimes it can get stressful when it gets really busy. The pay isn't that great and it won't get that much higher.

    Advice to Management

You are doing a good job already. No need to change much of anything. The only thing is to watch out for employee resentment. Sometimes you can be a bit overbearing and condescending and some people aren't able to handle that.

    Pros

There are great opportunities for advancement. Also, the people they hire are usually full of life and love to have fun. Working at Domino's is a great thing.

    Cons

Management can be very unprofessional and sometimes not smart at all. That being said, they still look out in the best interests of their employees.

    Advice to Management

Hire better managers at the stores. Recognize your outstanding CSR's a little bit more. Also, create more incentives to do a good job.

    Pros

Scheduling flexibility is great (especially while I was a full-time college student)
Pay is good for what is expected of you.
    Fun atmosphere.

    Cons

unfortunately, the hours kept me at work till 2:00 a.m. most nights.
With the scheduling flexibility also comes no guarantee of hours.

    Advice to Management

Dont try to please everyone all the time. Sometimes, people are going to be upset with you, but you cannot bend if it ends up costing you or others.

    Pros

When you include tips, the pay is amazing for an entry level job. It's a great place to work, with a fun atmosphere and good people. If you do a good job, you'll have opportunities to advance into store management and then into either corporate or your own franchise. Management really cares about the employees.

    Cons

It's pizza delivery. Depending on where you are, it can be dangerous. It's not something that's going to make you rich. But it's a lot better than working retail or foodservice at the mall.

    Advice to Management

The leadership of Domino's has been making some great changes lately. They know what they're doing and are working hard to improve the brand. As a driver, Domino's success is my success. I like what I see!
