    Pros

Dope pay. Cash in hand. Made bank

    Cons

Best have a newer car and work fast. Live in a simple city, none of that urban one way triangle mesh.

    I worked at Domino's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working as a delivery driver was a very laid-back job. You can listen to your own music or audio book while on your runs. Bringing home cash every night is always a nice feeling.

    Cons

Like with any driving job, prepare to put a lot of miles on your car.

College students are terrible tippers. I worked right across from UofA and the worst tips (or lack of) came from students living in the dorms.

Occasionally you might find yourself in sketchy areas.

I've seen things that cannot be unseen.

    Advice to Management

The delivery charge should be removed from receipt or re-worded. Many of my deliverees thought the tip ($3 delivery charge) was included because they saw the delivery charge listed on the receipt.

    I worked at Domino's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible to your schedule. Allowed enough training. Pretty easy. word word word word word word word word.

    Cons

Unorganized. Disrespectful. Unprepared. Never clear on work times or anything else. Mean and nasty clique themed work force. Arrogant and mean overall.

    Advice to Management

Please review your staff and management to be actually able to do their job. They should know how to organize a time table and be kind to customers and new employees.

I have been working at Domino's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not that much required to keep business running. Employees are respectful. I can keep a flexible schedule. Easy to pick up on how to do everything.

    Cons

Only downside is that the store is open till 1am weeknights and 2am weekends. Customers can be difficult at times but not often

I have been working at Domino's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I work for Dream Team Pizza, d.b.a. Domino's in Kansas City, MO. Honestly, the only thing I can say positive is that I work with some really great people in the store. Many of the stores are new so they are clean and everything equipment wise works well.

    Cons

Ugh, where do I start. OK, LOW PAY FOR MANAGERS. Terrible. Drivers often make more than managers do. EXTREME micro management from upper level management outside the stores. Managers cannot even do basic functions such as cancel, void or discount an order if needed without sending a picture and text to a DM. No direct deposit and did I mention low pay LOL? Absolutely ZERO diversity in upper management! Two count them 2 African-American GM's out of 30 stores! A dreadful company that needs change. The owner cares about expansion and not building sales with the stores he currently has. Often only 1 manager and a driver in the store which results in very long delivery times and lots of angry customers.

    Advice to Management

Start Listening to employees! Pay a decent livable wage to your managers. Direct Deposit.

    I worked at Domino's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Job is very easy with good pay and decent managers. Sometimes tips can be very high for very little work. You can listen to music in your car while you deliver so that is nice,

    Cons

This job can get pretty hectic on Fridays and Saturdays. Managers can be very stressed at times and this effects the rest of the work force.

    Advice to Management

Chill out a little bit. Don't make us shave every time we come in. Other than that they are doing a good job

    Pros

Get to meet new people every single day, great crew members to work with, awesome tips, discounted food and flexible hours.

Managers that are on power trips that desperately need customer service skills, low delivery reimbursement amount, and very expensive benefits.

    Advice to Management

Teach management that crew is vital & should be respected.
