    Pros

    Free food very occasionally, and a small 35% employee discount.

    Cons

    No sleep if you are a manager and if you stay to long, higher ups will try to make dominos your life.

    Advice to Management

    Need to hire more people so that you are not working the hell out of the same employees

    I worked at Domino's full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    It used to be an amazing company to work for with free health insurance and vacation also you could mainly pick your own schedule it was a great working environment with great supervisors

    Cons

    New Management took over a used to be a franchise ran business but then corporate bought out the franchise and changed all the rules they fired half the employees and took away most of the benefits after that it was a really crappy company to work for

    Don't expect anything great working for team Washington

    Pros

    There is a fifty percent off food items for employees. Can be a laid back type of job. There is time to talk to others if your work is completed.

    Cons

    There is a lot of work for a minimum wage paying job. I find this job very stressful, not recommended.

    Delivering was one of the easiest jobs I ever had, coworkers were pretty fun. All in all good experience made. Depending on location, can be quick money

    It's still an entry level job, don't expect too much. Hard on your car, makes it smell like pizza ,

    Pros

    Make great friends and good relationships with customers.
    It was a good space filler job. That's about as good as i can say.

    Cons

    If you like rules changing and bosses popping in to bother you every other day then go for it. Otherwise run.
