    Pros

Loved my computer workers and it was nice leavingredients with tips. Close to the city and a lot busier than other locations

    Cons

Super trashy people that don't tip eat here. Everyone wants as much as they can for free so you work very hard for very little. Super trashy people that can suck down ten baskets of chips in less than A minnute..

    Advice to Management

None their controlled by corporate office

    Pros

they are fast paced and ambitious. The are generally looking to promote from within.

    Cons

Both their inhouse and corporate level management are mediocre at best. They often arrive late or intoxicated. There are payroll issues, including computer errors affecting salary, late payment, and lack of training pay.

    Pros

The girls I hosted with were great. We worked together and distributed the work so that one person wasn't doing everything. I covered a few shifts for a few girls and when I needed them to cover for me they always came through.

    Cons

Even after working there for 3 months, I went to the manager (the same guy who hired me) to ask him a question about scheduling and he had no clue who I was or that I even worked there.

    Advice to Management

get to know the people you hire

    Pros

Interesting coworkers, the emloyees received discounted meals and free food during training before DP reopened in April.

    Cons

Management wasn't attentive or helpful, the customers were rude due to the fact it was in Flint, cooks were not making meals in a timely matter so food was cold=many angry customers.

    Advice to Management

    NA BUSINESS IS CLOSED.

I worked at Don Pablo's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly host staff, great food

    Cons

Servers are all strung out on heroin, doing drug deals over FOH phone, servers yelled at hostesses about not being sat enough and therefore not getting their money, after hostess tried resolving issue on her own she went to management and their response? "I don't see how that's my problem"

    Advice to Management

Listen to the concerns of your staff, don't just hire people with felonies to save money--make sure they are well qualified.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Don Pablo's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Many of my fellow employees were great to be around. The training process was very helpful in preparing to work on your own.

    Cons

Corporate policies don't take into consideration their effects on boots on the ground. Employees are under-compensated for the extra tasks they're required to complete to cushion the bottom line.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to take care of your employees. There are plenty of other restaurant chains that will pull away your best talent.
