I have been working at Donahue Schriber full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits. Co-workers are friendly. The job is 8-5 and the work itself is not stressful.

    Cons

The work culture at this particular office could use some work. Assistants are isolated and discouraged from helping each other. They are told to help each other but if you go to another coworker to ask questions you have to do it quietly behind your manager's back because if they catch you, you might be reprimanded. So the assistants all tiptoe around to get help and are unnecessarily stressed out. It is bizarre.

    Advice to Management

Put a real training system in place for new hires. Let your assistants help each other in the open.
