I have been working at Doordarshan as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

The culture and ethical values of the institution provide the best kind of work atmosphere out here. It is a sea of opportunities if you love the work you do!

    Cons

Strictly centralized Government institution where you need to adjust yourself by good soft skills and managerial knowledge.

    Advice to Management

listen to employees when some innovations are experienced by them.patent it on their own name.don't copy or register on some body else's name
