    Pros

    Very nice place and has great facilities. Also a great community in the surrounding area. The weather in summers is great too.

    Cons

    None, just filling up the word count space here as cons. The weather could deter some but not that bad.

    Advice to Management

    The management was good and I enjoyed my time at dordt. It's a great place to start a career and a family.

    Flexible hours, food provided for shift

    Inconsistency of other workers (students) attendance wise

    Advice to Management

    Continue to find ways to motivate students, continue to work on setting fair pay-grades

    Great place and I enjoyed my time here I think that if you have the chance to work here you should and take the chance to come up with your own projects.

    Cons

    I have no cons about this job. I learned alot and the people where very nice.

    -Great people
    -Great students
    -Great culture
    -Focused on encouragement and living for Christ

    Cons

    -Can feel overworked and underpaid at times, but still worth it.
