    Pros

    For women specially married and need good time to take care of family it is good place

    Cons

    Career growth is difficult for yougsters as oldies are sitting on seats and not ready to move.

    Advice to Management

    Hire HODs who belong to that area

    Worked with a smart, talented team
    Friendly environment; flexible work hours

    Cons

    Work gets tedious and monotonous and nothing is ever done to enhance your current skill set
    Whatever the top management says happens, even if it hampers the progress of projects or individuals
    So many budget cuts on multiple levels

    Pros

    Benefits are excellent. Generous holiday. Strong culture. Nice bunch of people at all levels. Good office environment and great books to work on.

    Cons

    As with a lot of companies, it is hard to progress through the ranks, but it is improving slowly.

    Be fair to everyone.

    Flexible working hours; very good benefits; generous holiday allowance; higher end of industry norms for salary bands; strong union representation; enjoyable to work on such high quality books and with interesting, creative colleagues.

    Cons

    Too many hoops to jump through for decisions to be made – processes are slow to change. Can be difficult to progress through the ranks.

    Ready to help colleagues, Everyone is very easily approachable, Very good work life balance on an average, creative and high quality of products.

    Cons

    Growth is at a very slow pace than other companies. There is stagnation in the type of work after few years of working.

    Very friendly people, relaxed work, amazing location of office, international relocating options. Recognition.

    Cons

    Low appreciation of employers as individuals, low salaries and not that much room for improvement. But I guess it is maybe normal for a big company.

    Good support from management
    Tech friendly but very small tech team
    Best fit for 3-6 yrs experience holder

    Cons

    No or very less growth chances due to small size of company
    Upper management needs to be evaluated against their skills and talent as they lack it
    people / team management is not good

    Advice to Management

    management visibility is not there hence a communication gap exists.
