    Flexible leaders, qualified upper management, good role models, good learning, great brand amongst architects, good channel network, good mis systems and processes

    Cons

    Long unnecessary training for new comers, favoritism, old employees do not rotate, many employees operate in comfort zone, mild bureaucracy

    - Flexible work atmosphere at times
    - Nothing much to think of

    Cons

    - Poor Management
    - No proper structure, process defined
    - Too much partiality over selected people
    - No follow up on work & too much of internal politics involved
    - Proper hike, incentives was always a NO in the organization
    - Absolutely no job security, can be shown the doors anytime

    Advice to Management

    - Kindly review the entire work flow
    - Haphazard processes hamper the work culture which needs to be checked

    * Iyengar caste people will easily get job

    no personal growth (as far as designation is concerned) if u r in same company for long time.
