The Leadership was fantastic, offering great feedback and support. They give you ample time to learn the product and the process and allow you the freedom to run your own business.

You have to be a self-starter, that's resilient and adaptable. The business isn't for the faint of heart. But for those with tenacity, that enjoy working with people and being the support they need to navigate a big purchase, it's the job for you.

very misleading pay structure, too many sales consultants (24 or more at dorschel toyota) common to see only 1 person a day and sometimes none gets worse in the winter months , some team leaders are very condescending , rude and disrespect at the toyota branch.
