I worked at Dotsquares full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is nothing that they don’t develop. And they are always ready to experiment and learn which gives you an opportunity to grow along with them. The ones who are not happy here have not seen the worst companies yet. I wish Dotsquares a good luck.

    Cons

A little improvement is needed with the infrastructure.

    Advice to Management

You should collect feedback from your employees anonymously. It will be helpful.

    Cons

Leaves issue was there but its adjustable if you are honest, responsible.

    Advice to Management

Work on lunch room, gym, games at office premises. You need to kick those people who are just taking salaries and no work. PM always advise for growth and i learnt so much from their.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Dotsquares full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary on 7th of the month

Every month 2 Saturday attendance with flexible date and time

You might get a chance of client communication if you are good in communication

    Cons

    Politics

Team leader and managers are just a slave of the company they just think of theirs not for their team

No facilities for employee, even for employee birthday celebration they collect 20 Rs from every employee for just a single cake and rest of the money goes in their pocket

    Only 10 leaves per year

2 yrs bond for certification reimbursement

If you get a chance to go on client site then they take so much money from client but gives you just a small amount or some percentage of your salary, nothing else benefits will be provided to you

Very difficult to get a leave, even after you are having balance

You can come early to office but you can't leave office on exact leaving time, you have to give minimum 15-20 minutes more than leaving time

Appraisals are almost fixed (5K around) whatever your designation or experience is, they treat almost everyone with the same stick

Every month 2 Saturday is mandatory to come office for at least 4 hrs each days

    No cafeteria

    Advice to Management

No worth of giving advice to management because they don't listen to anyone they do only what they want to do.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Dotsquares full-time

    Pros

Seriously things are very bad at Dotsquares and manager are doing lots of politics.

    Cons

As soon as they see that there is a genuine review has been added with a correct rating they start adding fake reviews by their employees with no content or content like "good company to work. And with no negative .". Such a looser. They don't want to improve themselves they only try to hide their inability with such cheap activities.

In the mid july this year they have added about 50-60 reviews by their own.

They even ask you to payback the incremet amount.

They have worst policies which ruin your life. So if you are planning to join this company then please rethink over it. There are lots of other option as well.

They will force you to sign a bond of 2 years.
They will give you no increment by saying that you are not performing well.

And if they give you increment then you have to again sign a bond in which you have to return all.the incremented amount.
    Its a trap.

    Advice to Management

Improve your self, make some good and bold decision.
    Stop looting your employee.
Try to Create a good environment
    Give some leaves to employees.
Fire manager who are responsible for these kind of reviews and feedback.
