    Cons

Leaves issue was there but its adjustable if you are honest, responsible.

    Advice to Management

Work on lunch room, gym, games at office premises. You need to kick those people who are just taking salaries and no work. PM always advise for growth and i learnt so much from their.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Dotsquares full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary on 7th of the month

Every month 2 Saturday attendance with flexible date and time

You might get a chance of client communication if you are good in communication

    Cons

    Politics

Team leader and managers are just a slave of the company they just think of theirs not for their team

No facilities for employee, even for employee birthday celebration they collect 20 Rs from every employee for just a single cake and rest of the money goes in their pocket

    Only 10 leaves per year

2 yrs bond for certification reimbursement

If you get a chance to go on client site then they take so much money from client but gives you just a small amount or some percentage of your salary, nothing else benefits will be provided to you

Very difficult to get a leave, even after you are having balance

You can come early to office but you can't leave office on exact leaving time, you have to give minimum 15-20 minutes more than leaving time

Appraisals are almost fixed (5K around) whatever your designation or experience is, they treat almost everyone with the same stick

Every month 2 Saturday is mandatory to come office for at least 4 hrs each days

    No cafeteria

    Advice to Management

No worth of giving advice to management because they don't listen to anyone they do only what they want to do.

I worked at Dotsquares full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    * Best company to work for those who have no technical skills, You can pretend you know everything. Most of the team leaders are following the same path here.
    * Best company if you are not capable of not getting a job elsewhere due to no technical knowledge.
    * Good to start career but not after experience of 3 years.

    Cons

    * Lowest standards in market as per salary.
    * No opportunity of learning new things, you will have to learn everything your self for which they will take the credit that they have taught this technology to you.
    * Not even a single policy in favor of employees.
    * Everyone is frustrated only, only those who can not save their job on their talent will say they are happy here.
    * Management is obsessed with making money out of employees but fail to show any appreciation or respect for employee.
    * They will put you down everytime possible so they can settle you an average of 4-5k increment every year and if you have 45-50k salary, don't even have expectations of an increment.
    * Yes they take 1000 rs on birthdays and spend this money on some cheap quality samosas once a month.
    * Yes they take your appraisal back if you choose to leave the company before one year after appraisal. Although this rule is well established but is a very bad policy just because they are not capable enough to sustain their employees.
    * Although company's tendency is to take money for every event, they can not provide even decent gifts/bonuses even on a festival like diwali.
    * Although company official working time is already 10-7:30 which is higher than usual but still if you want to go home on time, you will be considered as an selfish and careless employee.
    * You can not take leaves even if you have a ton of CLs because management is very insecure about their talented employees going for interviews.
    * In past few years they have lost a dream team and still arrogant enough to not accept their own faults and just call those employees dishonest.
    * No medical insurance, No provident fund, no performance bonus. Nothing as per standards of IT market.
    * Team leaders have no powers to support an employee, they are found saying "we can't help you" or "we don't have this in our hand" in almost every situation you can give them.
    * No sports activity which used to be there previously, no outings due to "No budget".
    * No Events, technical or normal.
    * No leave even on national holidays like 15th Aug, 26th Jan aur 2nd Oct.
    * No learning process if you are more than 3 years experienced. Even if you try to learn something they will think you are trying to switch and may block the sites from where you are trying to learn.
    * Hr team seems illiterate, Yet very arrogant.

    Advice to Management

    * Yes you need to kick those who doesn't work just show off that they are working. Why not start from your team leaders.
    * Please at least make some policies in favor of employees Instead of telling your employees to kill their dreams and work with low self esteem.
    * You can do better but get rid of those who you think are honest. They are actually the one who are making your company worst by being at senior position but not telling you the problem with the company just saving their own job.
    * Bring some flexibility in time and work and do not force everyone to work on multiple projects even in pressure. This is one of the reasons of your failed projects.
    * Teach some manners to your HR team.
    * Fake review won't help your company, these more than 40 reviews on 19th june, simply shows how your positive reviews are all fake when this is next to impossible to find a happy employee in your team.

I worked at Dotsquares full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is nothing to work with this company.

    Cons

Only 10 paid leave which is very less.

Worst HR executives they don't know anything about the management.

No leaves for 15th Aug, 26th Jan and 2nd October.

They demand to submit cheque of worth 1.5 lakhs as a bond policy.

When you get increment, there is another bond for a year and in case if you resign then company will deduct whole incremented salary in your next month salary.

If it's your birthday they will take 1000 Rs. from employee and keep that money in company fund only.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the staff beneath you. They know far better than your managers. Your Managers are just Mail forwarders.

Make some good policies and think about your employees.

I have been working at Dotsquares full-time

    Pros

Nothing at all, although you will feel like you are working in General Store Shop with no working culture.

    Cons

Worst work culture, Manager feels like all the employees under him are his slaves.
They always shout on them on very small things.
They force to work longer, as they even say that work longer to get appraisal.
They even say to handle more than 3-4 project and work on 1 project individually if you have a 40k+ salary.
They even force you to give 1000 rs on your birthday.

I suggest glassdor to please provide a negative rating option as well cuz this company don't deserve a single star not even a 0 star.

    Advice to Management

If management can change themselves then every thing will son be changes.
Try to bring some employee benefit policies as they are also human like you.

I have been working at Dotsquares full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good and helping colleague and few senior

    Cons

They force you at the time of appraisal that if you leave company due to any reason then you have to return all the incremented amount for each Month.
For e.g. You get an Increment of 5k and if you want to switch for better opportunity because in this company you are not getting that.
Then say if you are leaving in 6-7 month then you have to pay back 5k* (7+ 2 month notice period) and which is 5k*9=45k and which is a huge amount to pay for any body for no reason.
Guess the situation if you get an increment of 9k then you have to return 81k.

They will even threaten you that they will not give you any document i.e. Experience Letter etc.. and if you want then you have to pay all the money.
This the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. I have served 1 year bond already then spent 3 more year here and still they are using these cheap strategies.

    Advice to Management

Please try to do some changes in your policies like this. because at last they are the policies which let your employees to leave the company even if they don't want.

Threatening them to give 50-60k when they resign is not good. They are also human like you, they have also families and kids as you. Have some mercy. Cuz its cost a lot.
