    I have not found any, apart from Salary on time

    I have worked with Ground Floor Team for more than 1 year. * They are working on ancient technologies, apart from a Salesforce initiative. * He want you to behave like you are in a school and he is the principal, all the Good Mornings, Good Night, Permission for everything (like leaving your seat, going out of office for tea break etc.). If you don’t it will impact your careers, your appraisal. * He is full of ME... stuff .. Whatever he is telling you technically is always correct don’t argue. * Only one benefit is he arranges outings for the team but you have to pay for it, if you deny it or don’t join the outings it will impact your appraisal directly. * No connection of you appraisal or appreciation with your performance, if you lick his butt then you are eligible for huge appraisal or even team leader position. * Interacting in office is officially banned, as if you leave your seat for a min or two or receive calls in office you will receive a warring from him directly. * If you are in your seat it count as you are very hardworking and dedicated employee even if you are watching some shows or just sitting idle. HR policies are non-existent: Only 10 leaves, No medical, No EPF benefits. * If you receive an appraisal you have to sign a bond of another year, if you leave in between you have to refund the entire appraised money (Worst Policy).

    Advice to Management

    Hire a senior and knowledgable HR who can reform your policy. Review your manager's behaviour and etiquette towards their team member they are your employee not slaves.

    I dont think there is any pros

    I had worked 3 years in this company because of my personal reason. Manager is dirty minded. He shouted on employees. You can not take leave and left before hours if you have work. Manager is bagger. Client gifts to employee and manager takes advantage on this time. Regarding increment, please do not expect. They are baggers and they cannt bear you.

    Advice to Management

    Advice for manager. Please try to leave this company and see where you are staying in the IT Industry. And what is your status. For HR : Treat good to employees either one of employee give you slap.

    I worked at Dotsquares full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    One can survive there, good opportunities, nice work environment.

    Cons

    1. Worst management and HR policies. 2. Limited and fixed appraisal, work performance never matters for them, at every appraisal, you will listen that you did not improved technical skills. Lol. 3. They do not have value for their employees. 4. After appraisal, you have to work for entire next year, in case you leave, have to pay entire appraised amount. 5. No payslip you will get. You have to ask for it. 6.... Basic salary is very low at here. 7. Never understand an employee. 8. There is not a single policy in fever of employee. 9. No health insurance and other benefits. 10. Fake promises with employees. 11. They can anytime ask you to leave company. 12. If you do not resign, they can terminate as well.

    I have been working at Dotsquares full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    1) Positive work environment 2) All higher level manger are very sound in technical work. 3) They understand Developer Problem easily. 4) Resources & Help are always available for help any one. 5) Great opportunity for learn and work in new technologies.

    Cons

    Months' 2 Saturday is compulsory for 4 hours. But it not a big deal.

    Pros

    1. Salary on time 2. Some workmate are good not leaders

    Cons

    - less leaves -No flexible timings - No leave on national holidays -saturday working. You can't take leaves even if you have tons of leaves pending. Leaves can never be converted to cash, so its better to consume your leaves with heavy excuses only. Only bootlicking guys feel comfortable here and receives increment better than the deserving guyz. Poor HR policies No provident fund and health insurance Most terrible... thing- they'll deduct your year appraised amount if you leave before completing that year. Company wants you to work for at least 12 hours. No professionalism is there. You have to be there in office on time but you can't leave office on time.No work life balance, no payment for extra hours worked. No employee friendly policy, treat employees as slaves always. Internal politics. No value of employees, no matter for how long they are working. 1 years strict bond, and bond even when you get appraisal, you will learn how they will bound you if you dare to join. Even an experience developer joins company they asked to submit cheque of amount 1 Lakh. Even experience developer will not get any CL for first 6 Months. If you accept then again you have to take agreement for 1 year. No new technologies introduced. There is too much to write here. Read all other reviews.

    Pros

    Highly supportive seniors, People with good efficiency and knowledge about concerned technology, As soon as you enter the organisation you are offered an awesome opportunity to get recognized and learn simultaneously, Pressure environment is easily handled with the help of adequate support.

    Cons

    Resource allocation for a particular technology/project could be made better but can still be matched up if resource takes it as a challenge as he/shd gets needed support for the same.

    Advice to Management

    At a whole, things are managed in an efficient way. The only that can be improved is resource and time allocation but then its required even on daily basis tasks we do. All in all, its an awesome place to start and grow with when you hope for a prosperous and productive career.
