    I have been working at Double Eagle Resort and Spa full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Joining the team you become family instantly. Beautiful location with lots of things to do on your days off. Including using your free membership to the spa with discounts and access to the amenities offered.

    Cons

    Working at a resort you will deal with a lot of what businesses call 'high maintenance' individuals.

    Pros

    Gorgous surroundings and location. Spa had a great layout.

    Cons

    Never a full supply of necessary back bar skincare items.

    Advice to Management

    Highly recommend carrying more retain of good skincare products to be able to sell to clients, as well as having a well stocked back bar.

    Pros

    The men in charge make it easy and desirable for you to come to work every day, get your work done, and benefit the company as much as possible. Other then the traveling i can't complain. They take great care of me in every aspect; reimbursement for Milage, food, Hotel. Great Company!

    Cons

    Working as landman for Double Eagle you're required to travel a lot.

    Pros

    Good people work there. Managers care about customers and employees alike. Benefits are good and they always have a great Christmas party for the employees.

    Cons

    Slow in winter time weekdays. Benefits could be some what better. If you do not live close to the area the drive to and from work can be tough.
